#3 No support for VCAL in VFEDIT

The VFEDIT demo app doesn't support VCAL objects (or VNOTE etc).

Need to add document type strings in resources and new view classes. Probably
don't need new frame classes. Should think about interediate CDocument derived
classes as well? Not sure how generic the CDocument foe VCARDs is, as it's got
all the stuff about coordinates in it.
