The 0.94 release includes many bug fixes from the previous 0.91 release including a file transfer applications (vfer_rcp, vfer_rcpd) that has scp-style syntax. This release also includes congestion control hooks and a delay based cc structure that is populated with delay measurements. There are many other changes including better test files for layers, better layering of unit pieces and a scripts to run tests as a suite in one command.

The new beta release offers full reliability without congestion control. It was tested on Darwin and Linux. Other additions include runtime debugging toggling for different layers of the protocol, cleaner debug messages, and an improved Makefile.

VFer is a new name for a project called FB-FR-CCP. This new name is much more manageable.
