#9 Unified introduction

There are several different pieces of documentation
which are introductions to different aspects of the system:

- The "Tutorial" is mostly about the repository tools:

- The "Walkthrough" portion of the SDL programmer's
reference is about the build description language
(although it's coverage of the parts most users need to
understand is limited):

http://www.vestasys.org/doc/sdl-ref/walkthrough.html

- The vesta-intro(1) man page has a couple sections
that are introductions on certain topics (configuration
files, filename interpretation).

- Some parts of the detailed installation instructions
("Getting Started with Vesta") introduce important
aspects of the system:

http://www.vestasys.org/doc/getting-started.html

These should be pieced together into a tutorial
introduction for the whole system.
