#9 help - cant open localhost after install

Hi im ryo.i have using vertrigoserv for 5 years.. today i installed the same server in my friend office but cant open the localhost.. can anybody help me? i think because his office using switch n has a different ip address.. i have tried write http://localhost, http://127.0.0.1, and his ip address http://202.168.254.100 but all of them nothing happen..
