#14 wampserver 3.2, no Left or Right click on icon wampmanager??

I have two problems which I would very much like some help with.
Firstly after installation all services are running, with icon showing green but no right or left click working on it???

Second, on opening it with http://localhost in browser I get this error:-

*** ERROR *** The PHP configuration loaded file is: - should be: d:/wamp64/bin/apache/apache2.4.41/bin/php.ini or d:/wamp64/bin/php/php7.3.12/phpforapache.ini
You must perform: Right-click icon Wampmanager -> Refresh

Cant Right-click!! or Refresh!!

Another error noted
phpMyAdmin - Erro

Please note that all VC's have been instaled and checked with your checking tool. Ihave also downloaded and instaled wamp 3.2 twice with no diffrence.

downloaded and installed wamp update aetray 3.2.2.6. This made no change. Still no left or right click. HELP PLEASE
