#10 Somthing wrong with php_soap.dll

Hi Everybody.
I am using Vertrigo 2.30 on windows8 pro 64bit. Now i need use php_soap.dll. i already uncomment extension=php_soap.dll in php.ini file. i tried download some php_soap.dll on internet but can't use. can see describle image at here http://i.imgur.com/6rrXRVk.png
