When I was trying to install Magento, the server just stopped working, and constantly giving me the message: The Apache has stopped working.Close the program. I don't know how to fix it...if anyone has any suggestion I would really appreciate it! :)

Please try the latest version - 2.33 or even 2.34 - it should be fixed.
