As I didn't find many docs about your project, I want to know if it provide CVS management functions. I want to have a full featured tool, in PHP for CVS commit, upload, modification analyse (chart or contents comparision).
Does WebPageManagement can do all that functions ??

VersionWeb (Web Page Management) can do all that functions. Nowadays, it is implemented as CGI's made in C language, but a new version is under development and it will support groups and lots of new things. It is being developed in Python... please, use it! i can help you, ok?
