VeraCrypt-x64.exe and VeraCrypt Format-x64.exe from VeraCrypt Setup 1.11-BETA.exe shown This driver has been blocked from loading and closes. Windows 2012 R2 x64. Windows x64 wants driver certificate?

Thank you for reporting this. There was a bug in the code that detects if we are running under a 64-bit Windows.

I have uploaded a 1.12-BETA version that includes the fix. I incremented the version from 1.11 to 1.12 because I introduced the long waited dynamic mode feature and this version jump was needed to avoid bootloader conflicts.
