ERROR (1) occured while enabling console..

Hi, I am attempting to open a VM's console through vEMan 0.9.6 but I get "ERROR (1) occured while enabling console..". I see VNC is set to true if I execute "esxcli network firewall ruleset list" in my ESXi server (version 5.1.0) and I also added the following three lines into the VM's .vmx file:

RemoteDisplay.vnc.enabled = "TRUE"
RemoteDisplay.vnc.port = "5900"
RemoteDisplay.vnc.password = "ESXiRootPassword"

And this is my ~/.vEMan/vEMan.log file:
