I am getting error when run from desktop shortcut:

length() used on @array (did you mean "scalar(@array)"?) at /usr/lib64/perl5/IO/Compress/Zlib/Extra.pm line 198.
SOAP request error - possibly a protocol issue: 500 read timeout

Connection Successful

Try to start vEMan v0.9.6_BETA for Linux at the commandline to see debug output

and following messages when I run it at commandline:
DEBUG: Return message was: length() used on @array (did you mean "scalar(@array)"?) at /usr/lib64/perl5/IO/Compress/Zlib/Extra.pm line 198.
SOAP request error - possibly a protocol issue: 500 read timeout

Connection Successful
