Everytime I try to jump to another system vega-strike crashes

    I experience a similar bug in Vegastrike 0.5.1.r1-1 on Ubuntu 12.04 , AMD Zacate E350 APU (HD6310,80Gflops) from the developers repos.

    Running with gdb (the dbg binary) :

    Sorry. i forgot to mention my settings: Textures :Retro, FactionTextures:Off,AcceleratedVisual:On, 800x600, 16bit windowed. Shaders : Nicest. I've tried with many alterations but problem remains.

    Try "No shaders", but we've had similar crash reports with fglrx, seems to be a driver bug and we haven't found a suitable workaround yet.

    I'm getting crashes on jump as well. I had shaders turned on, have since turned off and am retrying now.

    <- Anon poster from above. Turning shaders off stopped the crash. So probably not the same problem that Alexandros had. Oh, running Windows 7 btw. (Sorry)
