#4 Some functions missing ipv6 support

Functions build_data_line and parse_dataline are
missing type handlers for 3 (AAAA) and 6 (AAAA+PTR). So
when you update tinydns/root/data, vegadns won't show
ipv6 records. Or if you make ipv6 records in vegadns,
they won't show up in tinydns/root/data.
Version is 1.1.6
