We've been having hardware issues with one of the servers in our
ftp.osuosl.org cluster in the last few weeks. You may have noticed
rsync/http timeouts (especially earlier today) if you were hitting
ftp-osl.osuosl.org (aka 140.211.166.134).

We have a ticket open with the hardware vendor and have taken the
machine out of our public ftp and rsync rotation to try and minimize the
issue. Unfortunately this machine also acts as our primary master to
sync the other ftp servers. That means we might fall behind sometimes
depending on the sync scheduling.

I hope to have this resolved ASAP.
