Ok.
I have bypassed all the checks and going against what I think is the
best way to do this, but it seems to be what everyone else wants. So,
I've made the changes to force the counter to start @ 1000.
I have tested it and seems to work fine for me. Have not tested
importing accounts after this change though, so if you guys find any
problem importing accounts, please let me know.
