Disregard my original post have tried a couple installs since and they worked fine. Have no idea what computer ghost grabbed my system with the original install. In my opinion this is fine for release as beta3 to the general public if no one disagree's perhaps we could meet in irc thurs evening 8:30 pm pst to whip out an announcement........:)
