[Vectorlinux-devel] vl-soho6-beta3.1 installer problem.....new bug

Tried installing beta3.1 soho6 all went well till package install time. The first 50% of the packages installed ok but a little slow to the norm as with past installer tests. The second half of package installation slowed to a halt at about 80% of installation at which point I let it run a good two hours and only gained about another 5%  at that point I shut it down. There were no freezes and mouse pointer still worked but my hd led was steady on and package installation may have finished if I let it run all night. Something obviously is not right here as I have never seen this slow of package installation in all the time I have been testing the installer. Have no clue the problem less the installer ran out of temp space or something. I did my usual install using a pendrive to load the init.gz then installing from iso images on a hd partition. Hope this was a simple oversite somewhere.
