Ok, I've reinstalled using first disk only.
Installation went succesfull, lilo was written in the MBR.
But when I try to boot the system, first three lines of kernel booting
show themselves and then machine goes to reboot.

I'm running Athlon 64 2800+ on AsRock K8NF4G-SATA2 with 1024Mb of DDR
RAM and two videocards (GF 6100 integrated and 8600GT).
I'm installing VL on the same partition previous versions were
installed to, on 80Gb Samsung IDE drive.
