Hello M0E,

Okay, I gave both methods a shot and they both worked out fine this time. I can't
explain why the russian language pack was not installed earlier, but everything
went as expected my last 2 tests. I guess unless anyone else runs across that kind
of an issue we can just ignore my previous findings - everything seems to be
installing correctly now.
