SVN repo at http://vlcore.vectorlinux.com/svn/vinstall/ is now synced with revision 559. About the backups, it might be a good idea. I have a full weekly backup here, and daily incremental backups (i.e. only the changes are copyed daily, and a full backup is made weekly). For the svn repositories, two backups are made, a hardcopy and a svn export. Maybe we can mirror those files for redundancy, until now the files are in the server and they are scp'ed to my box every 4am. Still, you may want to commit to google code until the recovery process is well tested, I have done it a few times without problems so far. I am open to suggestions about any other backup method.
