Just to keep everyone in the loop... We have made a huge jump, and are
about to make another one in the installer department.

I've narrowed down so far to major showstoppers for the latest
installer... you can find these listed here

Once rbistolfi gets the source updated there, I hope to be committing
code directly there rather than google code.
Although, a chron job to back-up to google maybe once a day wouldn't
hurt... but that's a whole nother subject.

At any rate, this is where the installer stands.
As you can see in the first bug entry, is where I need help.

we need to figure out what to do about kernels...
do we just copy the one from the running system on to the target ?
or just install the one provided in the iso as kernel-version-i586-1vl60.tlz?

This is the most critical issue at the moment.
