Gentlemen,
The first iso of 5.8 SOHO was made last night.
http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/veclinux-current/iso-test/VL-5.8-SOHO-A1.iso
Its primary purpose is to help us build a package list for SOHO.
We are working on it here http://www.numsum.com/spreadsheet/show/35896
There is still a lot of cruft leftover from std. on the iso
