This is peculiar. The calendar seems to be working for me with the latest 1.0.6 package, 5.8 RC2. I was able to create about half a dozen events. The only flakiness was that all-day events tend to be set for the day before the date you select. I tested by using "New Event" button ... and also by clicking the date, both of which brought up the dialogue. Admittedly, I've been mainly using 1.1b without calendar for several months, so I may be missing something that would be seen in more constant use. Re non-calendar builds, how many people are seeing this? If it's a common problem, perhaps building without calendar would be a good idea. However, maybe also having a calendar build available for others? Another issue, which I think is now fixed, is the breakage caused by the reporter tool when using language packs. Previously, installing a language pack often caused the dreaded "grey bar" problem. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=301842 http://users.skynet.be/fa258499/faq.html#reportererror I've tested with a few language packs on 1.0.6 without problems. Anyone want to double-check? I think it's important that we know this bug is fixed, since it sometimes effectively renders SM "en-US only." If necessary, SM could be built without reporter. best, incognu Quoting "Jose J.
