To bring up a different issue - one that has persisted since the first
of the recent Dynamite iso's to be based on slack-current. The CFLAGS
and CXXFLAGS settings need to be changed in /etc/profile.d/vasm.sh
from "-mcpu=i686" to "-mtune=i686". Otherwise, anybody who builds
programs will see an endless streak of warnings about how the -mcpu
tag is deprecated.
