While typing cd xdelta-1.1.3 && make install in the fourth, or fifth time,  
I've got an question.
Why not to place xdelta package in the dev bulk? It will make test  
releases more comfortable for all those developer and beta-tesing tasks.  
If there is no package, I can make it.
