[Vectorlinux-devel] Package to Dev list - Alpha

Hey guys. 

update on the Dev to Package list

I looked at the thread in the forum and started to
work on a format that will grow with VL. My intent is
to get it to the point where only updates are needed
and a complete restructor is never needed again.
(That's the utopian plan anyway)

Before I go any further I'm looking for feedback. If
the general concensus is Good then I'll continue. If
it's negative then I can start over with out having to
throw away that much work.
