[Vectorlinux-devel] More Forum Antics?

Howdy, folks!

As I type this e-mail, it is lunchtime US Eastern Daylight Time. I
have attempted to access the VL forum several times during my lunch
break. However, with every attempt I've been met with the following
error message on the home page:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused
by the server being busy. Please try again later.

I wonder whether some sort of denial-of-service attack has been
launched on our forum or whether there is some sort of bandwidth cap?
I also wonder whether I'm being too paranoid about this stuff. ;X
