Vectorix Project Opened

This project titled "Vectorix" was approved on January 9th, 2006, but official work on the project will not begin until my AMD Athlon 64 arrives, as I am currently without a suitable compiling platform. In the meantime, any suggestions and help offers will be considered and greatly appreciated!
