It depends. I don't know much about YUV, but I suspect it shouldn't be that
hard. The questions are.
1. Does it have an alpha channel? Or you want support two variants, YUV and
YUVA, similar to RGB/RGBA?
2. Does the logical essence of alpha-blending in YUV differ from RGB?
3. Do you need to transform images directly in YUV?
4. Why not to convert the final RGB/RGBA into YUV?
Basically, for the minimal native support you need to write agg_pixfmt_yuv.h
(and/or agg_pixfmt_yuva.h) and agg_color_yuva.h.
