new maintainer

Greetings! I am Rob Shortt, the new vrdpylib maintainer. I am working on updating vdrpylib for the latest python releases and VDR-1.3.x. There will also be new features as we find new ways to interface with VDR.

I have added two mailing lists, vdrpylib-devel and vdrpylib-cvslog. If you are interested in this software please join the devel list for discussion.
