#8 Image Display Improvement

Currently, if you display an image, say 140 x 160 &
call LoadImage with a size of 160x160, it will put a 10
pixel black border down each side.

My request is to either display the border as
transparent, or provide an additional function to
return the size of an image so we don't get the black
borders.
