007Designer / News: Recent posts

All the *basic* functionality is in place. You can:
Create a document
Add new pages
Create, delete, move and resize content boxes on the page
Put styled text (font, size, bold, italic) in text boxes and load images into image boxes
Load a csv file
Put placeholders into textboxes that are replaced by database content when composed (or previewed)
Output a composite pdf

Still to do:
Clean up the code, it's ugly and, I'm sure, poorly written
Conditionals (I don't even know where to begin)
Tweak the GUI, refine options on load / compose dialog boxes, etc.
Implement some kind of saving (guess I need to read up on serialization)
And probably a million other things I haven't even thought of.... read more
