#175 General MIDI setting locks up iMuse

One of the hints mentions that modern MIDI outputs
vastly superior ranges of instruments for MIDI
playback. The problem is that in the iMuse setup for
TIE fighter, I cannot set it to even my real MIDI
settings (with or without VDMS). Hell maybe they AREN'T
my real MIDI settings and the MPU401-MIDI whatever it
is in my device manager is a creation of VDMSound. Can
anyone help me make the MIDI settings work WITH
VDMSound? I set it to General MIDI, port 330 and the
damn thing locks every single time.
