#24 Can't find file

When right clicking on a file or shortcut to try and
run a game there's an error message:

"Windows cannot find: '" (path of exe) " '. Make sure
you typed the name correctly and then try again" or
something along those lines - obviously the file is
there as I right clicked on it to try and run VDM Sound
on it. The path that the error points to is the correct
one.
