#7 sigcvdk missing

I tried to install vdkBuilder rpm 1.2.5 and it kept
looking for sigcvdk, I don't have a file with that
name on my machine (RedHat Linux 7.1 - seawolf). Where
can I get that file? (I believe it is sigcvdk.so, but
I don't have any files named sigcvdk* on my machine.
