#482 Exporting as 4:2:2 v210 resukts in missing index

I've been trying to convert files captured as HuffYUV into 4:2:2 v210 for use with Davinci Resolve, but after exporting, the index block is missing. Even when opening with Virtualdub2 again, it still needs to rebuild the index.
