#374 Save Image Sequence Skip Frames

Hi, a useful feature and probably easy to implement:
New field on Save image sequens: "Skip Frames: 1" so as to be able to extract some image samples using a high value like 1800 (for one image per minute on a 30fps video). Now it's very uncomfortable to do that. Thanks.
