#342 Missing frame(rate)s in capture mode

Hello!

1. Could you add missing framerates to capture mode?
   50.00
   24.00
   23.976
   48.00
   47.952

2. Some filters can be used during digital/analog transfer like deinterlace with Yadif which doubles the result. I cannot set 50.00 because it's absent, only 25.00 and 29.97 (this option possibly takes into account all framerates that my capture card can support). Another framerate option - "capture settings" window (F9) ignores anything I type in - it accepts 25.00 and 29.97 so it duplicates drop-down menu behavior.
   My output image is deinterlaced by the filter to 50fps but it's chopped to 25 fps on preview window.
   Edit: recorded files are 50.00 after manually entering desired frame rate in F9 pop-up. It seems the strings in the interface do not update/refresh on the status bar button and in the pop-up.

Another issue I have is with a HDMI capture device, Vdub only allows 10fps under 1280x720, 5 fps under fullHD, and on SD 640x480 releases desired 25/30fps. Is it a bug? Because using OBS it's possible to capture 1280x720 30fps using same hardware but VDUB is better for capturing (ie: allows to stop after 2 hours, etc)

Same problem here with an Atomos Connect HDMI to USB.
Any update?
