Usinc AVI input driver, if first AVI has audio which exceeds last video frame, that audio will move the audio from the appended video causing desynch of it. It would be nice if audio could be cut or extended to the exact video duration to avoid those synch issues.
Behaviour is inherited from original VDUB, not sure if it's easy to solve it.

Some editors just repeat the last frame over until all audio has been added. Some others insert black frame instead.
Can I suggest also here as it seems the right location. It Would be nice to have also to have a Insert Black Frames Mode for inserting black frames when where we need them while video editing.
