#78 Improve compatibility for OpenSSL 1.1

Getting this error with make. The only thing I found similar while googling is an issue with OpenSSL 1.1 update, so I assume it's a compatibility issue with the newest version.

Making all in vde_cryptcab

Due to this problem, openssl support has been removed from vde2 and replaced with wolfssl support. See https://github.com/virtualsquare/vde-2/issues/2.
