Is it possible to bind "x-client" unix domain sockets direct to VcXsrv codespace shared memory instead using TCP or SSH layers?
Its should be a bomb. But main issue that how to do with that sockets in virtual machine? This already solved by "some android-gaming emulator" vendors, but still not by opensource community?
I played with gerardnico.com/ssh/x11/cygwinx in TCP socket mode via virtio-net and feel that it's still not for use with some intensity scrolling apps even in low resolution. Just in-Firefox scrolling takes about 300-500mbps virtualbox host adapter throughput and looks like 20fps(in VGA resolution). Notice, similar scrolling load on throwed "via-ssh-daemon" Firefox enforces sshd to fully charging core and summary it looks like 5fps. Testing base laptop is lowend (2x2,4 ghz ivy bridge) and finally i get excellent effiency and perfomance for some static widgets, utils and small text editors, but still not compare to VBox/VMware window integration in fps and memory consuption, need to do too. In the issue that TCP bottleneck significant, FullHD surfing or document editing will be terribly lagged even on PC.
Maybe will helpful at start researchgate.net/publication/221461399_XenSocket_A_High-Throughput_Interdomain_Transport_for_Virtual_Machines omg... hah MS still does not plan integrating named pipes or unix socket to Win10 Linux subsystem?
