#12 Add support for running from nonstandard paths

Currently, if you try to run VcXsrv from a nonstandard path (by that I mean it contains non-ASCII characters/characters not in the active codepage), it will fail.

Switching to use the Unicode/wide character APIs would fix this, but would require substantial effort too.
