#19 Wrong glxinfo information with 1.14.4 and later

With 32-bit/64-bit, if I do:
$ export DISPLAY=myhost:0
$ glxinfo | grep 'OpenGL.*string'
OpenGL vendor string: Microsoft Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: GDI Generic
OpenGL version string: 1.1.0

I get incorrect information. Same with 1.14.4, 1.14.5, 1.15.0 32-bit/64-bit.

With 1.14.3 32-bit/64-bit, I get:
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GTS 250/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 1.4 (3.3.0)

The last working version seems to be 1.14.3.
I am running using: vcxsrv.exe :0 -ac -terminate -lesspointer -multiwindow -clipboard -wgl

    Note that if I run glewinfo it shows the same info for both 1.14.3 and
    Running on a GeForce GTS 250/PCIe/SSE2 from NVIDIA Corporation
    OpenGL version 1.4 (3.3.0) is supported

    I am not able to reproduce this.
    I only get the GDI generic when I use the -swrastwgl option instead of the -wgl option.
    Could you run the debug version and attach the generated log file.

    We are experiencing the same issue. 1.14.3 is the last version that detects the Intel HD graphic card correctly. Newer versions say "GDI generic". If you need further information, please let me know. I tested it on two machines running Windows 10 64-bit. Also one Windows 7 machine says "GDI generic".

    I am getting this too. glxgears is choppy too. Happy to provide any logs/debug whatever you need

    Same for me. When I use 1.14.3 on my Windows 10 1703 x64 with GTX1060 running 376.53 drivers, glxinfo shows graphics card properly. On newer editions, GDI generic is shown.

    I can also see a difference by running a movie in VLC. On OpenGL GLX output driver i have red window contents on VcXsrv > 1.14.3, works perfectly fine on older version. With newer ones, only OpenGL (Expermiental) works.
