#154 v1.20.9.0 Messed up native windows application window

Somewhat akin to this
Sometimes after working with VcXsrv some native windows apps have their window layout broken (Notepad++) as some inner elements are misplaced and/or missized. Behavior retains even after closing VcXsrv. Had same bug with Xming, switched to VcXsrv, but it returned. Maybe tied to fresh NVidia drivers (currently have 496.49, not sure if it worked normally on previous version). Windows is updated to the latest.
