#145 vcxsrv-64.1.20.9.0.installer.exe missing xkeyboard-config?

I installed vcxsrv from vcxsrv-64.1.20.9.0.installer.exe. Attempting to run vcxsrv via xlaunch.exe fails. C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Temp\VCXSrv.0.log reports

Keyboard initialization failed. This could be a missing or incorrect setup of xkeyboard-config

Am I doing something wrong? or is this file missing from the 64.1.20.9.0 installer.
