XCP Checksum API

The XCP Checksum API is found at the following url https://vcf5.sourceforge.io/xcp/ this api is for anyone needing too remote call the XCP Checksum Value of any string of data, it allows for precision, seed, limit as well as value to calculate on to be specified, the default precision is 14!
