[Vcb-netbeans] CVS access

Hello, I post a document how to access CVS at
http://vcb.opensourcearmenia.com/Documentation/CVS%20Access.doc. I also
created VCB module and created some structure. 

Please put your current source files over there. You can check that your
files are successfully committed by browsing
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/vcb/VCB/ - this is web based
read only access to our CVS. 

Because you all have write access please be careful!
