#17 VDK doc viewer directory watcher for VDK_HOME

Currently in VDK Doc Viewer if a new file is added somewhere along the VDK_HOME path, a user will need to close down VDK Doc Viewer and then Re-open VDK doc viewer before the libraries are extracted and displayed.

This new feature will detect new files immediatley and incorperate the new files into the left tree view without having to restart VDK Doc Viewer.
