Brief description.

Implemented:

Simply visualisation
Mesh construction
Golovinsky method
Knopp method (without additional features - SURF pairwise potential and surface penalty)


Properties are in file "prop.cfg"
Format of config file is the folowing:
{keyword \n value}

keywords:

"threshold" - data cost value (value in meters):
for background every point has penalty = threshold
for foreground every point has penalty = distation(point, center) in millimeters

smoothness - cost for distinct sites being labeled with different labels (standard 2000)

file
filename prefix for data. Files should have folowing postfixes:
.pcd - for point cloud
_votes.asc - for point cloud with peaks
_votes.dxf - for peak list

type
k or K - for Knopp method
g or G - for Golovinsky method
to perform both - write it 2 times
outputs are in filename+"_crooped_k.pcd" or "_cropped_g.pcd" correspondingly


You can use Mesh Viewer to view *.vtk mesh containing files.
