Requires the installation of (at least) the following packages:

SUNWgnu-coreutils
SUNWscp

and the application of this patch to vboxtool is suggested: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3022472&group_id=239993&atid=1111631

Create a new
Save the file to /var/svc/manifest/application/vboxtool.xml
then

# svccfg -v import /var/svc/manifest/application/vboxtool.xml
# svcadm -v enable vboxtool
